An additional wire shelf gives the Rise Thirty a matching replacement support for a bowl or proofing container. The chrome-finish wires follow the original spacing, and the outer frame rests on the existing cabinet ledges. Check the bowl diameter, handles and overall height against the usable chamber space before ordering. Temperature figures describe the selectable range, not a guarantee of dough temperature in every room. Allow the dough and recipe to guide timing, and keep notes when adapting an established proofing schedule.
Fit and use
Use the named cabinet family for accessories; allow clearance around the closed cabinet and open door.
Care
Unplug and allow to cool before wiping the chamber. Wash removable trays and dry before refitting.
