A shallow stainless tray replaces the removable water pan supplied with the Fold Twenty Four. It sits below the wire shelf in the intended recess and can be lifted out separately when the cabinet is cleaned. Check the bowl diameter, handles and overall height against the usable chamber space before ordering. Temperature figures describe the selectable range, not a guarantee of dough temperature in every room. Allow the dough and recipe to guide timing, and keep notes when adapting an established proofing schedule.
Fit and use
Use the named cabinet family for accessories; allow clearance around the closed cabinet and open door.
Care
Unplug and allow to cool before wiping the chamber. Wash removable trays and dry before refitting.
